Seasonal Sautéed Garden Vegetables: Chef’s choice fresh garden vegetable, based on seasonal availability and freshness. Vegetables sautéed with garlic, white wine, lemon juice, and butter. 

Mixed Vegetable Stir Fry:  An assortment of mixed vegetables sautéed with Chinese spices and flavors.

Baked Beans: Maple baked beans with bacon and caramelized onions.

Rosemary Roasted Red Bliss Potatoes:  Yukon gold potatoes roasted with olive oil, fresh chunks of garlic, and fresh rosemary. 

Red Bliss Potato Salad:  Yukon gold potatoes roasted with olive oil, fresh chunks of garlic, and fresh rosemary tossed in a creamy dressing - served chilled. 

Butter Whipped Mashed Potatoes: Classic mashed potatoes whipped with butter.

Garlic Mashed Potatoes: Classic mashed potatoes whipped with butter infused with fresh garlic.

Grilled Asparagus:  Asparagus marinated with olive oil, fresh garlic, and parmesan cheese and served flamed broiled.

Corn on the Cob:  Grilled to absolute perfection and served piping hot with real butter.

Rice Pilaf:  Long grain wild rice seasoned with herbs and spices.

Green Bean Almondine:  Green beans sautéed with white wine, lemon juice, and butter, and garnished with sliced almonds.

Potatoes Au Gratin:  Sliced russet potatoes baked with cream, cheese, and fresh herbs.

Rustic Italian Garlic Bread: fresh Italian French bread smothered in garlic butter, served sliced piping hot.

Broccoli: Cooked and tossed with fresh garlic and extra virgin olive oil.

Sautéed peas and carrots: Sautéed in butter to the perfect tenderness and garnished with fresh basil.

Bacon Brussel Sprouts - Chopped brussel sprouts roasted and topped with crispy candied bacon.

 

Garlic and Balsamic Roasted Carrots: Carrots roasted until crisp-tender with olive oil, balsamic, garlic and thyme.

Parmesan Garlic Green Bean Almondine: A modern twist on the classic with green beans tossed in lemon garlic butter with Parmesan cheese and toasted almonds.

Crispy Polenta Cakes:  Created with a wild mushroom and roasted red pepper ragout.

Mexican Refried Beans:  Classic refried beans covered with melted cheddar. 

New Orleans Style Red Beans & Rice: Red kidney beans and rice with onion, bell pepper, garlic and a little cayenne pepper for a kick.

Honey Butter Cornbread: Sweet and moist corn bread made with honey and served with real butter.

Jalapeno Cornbread:  Fresh cornbread with a kick.

Saffron Wild Rice: Wild rice prepared with chicken stock, shallots, saffron and herbs.

Yukon Gold Potatoes: Roasted with fresh rosemary, red onion, garlic, and drizzled with extra virgin olive oil.

Chilled Roasted Garden Vegetables: Yellow squash, zucchini, red and green peppers and asparagus marinated with extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, oregano and garlic.

Creamy 4 Cheese Mac: A traditional southern favorite.

Baby Summer Squash and Zucchini:  sautéed with white wine, lemon juice, parsley and butter. This item is only offered when in season. 

Flame Broiled Panko Crusted Asparagus: Fresh Asparagus marinated with extra virgin olive oil, grated parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs and fresh garlic.

Garlic Knots: These savory homemade rolls tossed in Parmesan cheese, garlic, and olive oil. Served with fresh marinara sauce.

Jacked up Tater Tots: Potato tots smothered with crispy bacon and cheddar cheese.
