We'll need to add a separate set up and start time for appetizers and/or bartending to begin at a different time than the buffet. Depending on location, there may be an extra delivery fee charged since we'll need to send out two crews.

We offer bartenders certified by the State of Alaska for customer-supplied beer and wine. We can give you a referral if you'd like a full bar service.
